Unfortunately you can't cancel or amend your order directly, but our customer care team can help if you get in touch quickly. Email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist - just bear in mind we can only cancel or amend orders that haven't yet been dispatched.

We offer next day delivery for £4.95 on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Just select the Express option at checkout and we'll get it to you the next day.

We use Evri for all our deliveries. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched Monday to Friday.

Every dog is different, but most pets start showing improvements in as little as 4 weeks. We recommend giving any new supplement a full 6 weeks to work its magic, consistency is key, so stick to the feeding guidelines on the pack for the best results.

This varies from breed to breed but, as a general rule of thumb, puppies graduate from puppyhood at around one – sometimes a little older for larger breeds. 

Likewise for senior dogs - one size (age!) doesn’t fit all. However, as a guide, dogs reach senior status at around seven. This is a little younger for larger breeds and a little older for smaller breeds.

We decided to make sure Zesty Paws® Chews contains only top-quality ingredients – including turkey, salmon and dried pumpkin – to ensure your dog gets the most out of each mouthful.
